NATIONAL FENTANYL AWARENESS DAY - APRIL 29TH.

Share
your story

By sharing  your story,
you may be
saving others
from the
same fate.

It could save
someone’s Jack

Here at the Jack Quehl Foundation, we believe that our best defense is knowledge. Through powerful, real stories and education, we’re bringing together the Greater Cincinnati community to fight fentanyl and make sure that no other family loses their Jack. We do it for our Jack. We do it for yours.

Pain can have purpose

It’s hard to talk about the single most painful moment of your life – much less over and over again. But by sharing your story, you may be saving others from the same fate. The pain won’t go away, but it can have purpose: giving someone the knowledge to make a lifesaving decision and stay safe.

Share, we care

We’ve been there, right where you are. If you’d like to share your story, we are here to listen, empathize and maybe even help you share with others when you’re ready.

Our Stories

There is comfort in solidarity. Meet other families of shining stars who were blindsided by fentanyl poisoning.

murphy family

Meet Mark Murphy, father of Lizzie who was lost at 21, dedicates himself to raising awareness about the dangers of synthetic opioids.

scheper family

Meet Lisa and Greg Scheper, parents of Calvin who was lost at 19, who continue to share Calvin’s spirit, through Be Calvin Kind.

Meet Jack

We are proof that fentanyl poisoning can happen to anyone. Jack was a young man with the world at his fingertips. It took a trace of fentanyl to lose it all. Meet the inspiration of our foundation who we honor with our work each day.

Dabbling in
recreational drugs is no
longer safe. And our
stories are the proof.”

~ Tom Quehl, Co-founder & Jack’s Dad
